Our coaching service offers a unique training opportunity that includes coaching and training in both a team-centered and private atmosphere. Our programs are designed for you, and our goal is to guide you to your potential. Beyond accountability and motivation, our group programs are open, positive and supportive.
Weekly workout sessions for Riverstone neighborhood residents. Small Group(2-3 people) and One-on-One Sessions are available. Our goal is to empower women trough fitness and exercise. Getting in shape should be about the desire to live a healthy lifestyle and making yourself feel better. We will be meeting on Mondays and Thursday at 5:30 pm at Riverstone Tennis Courts.
As a former All-American track and cross country athlete in college and National Champion in High School, coach Victoria has several insights on the dynamics of runners and the needs that each athlete will have over competitive season. Having worked with high school athletes over the last 6 years she is developing a system to support individual athletes with dynamic workouts and training plan consultation.
Strength and agility training is essential supplement to a runner's roadwork because it strengthens muscles and joints, which can improve race times and decrease injury risk. If you want to perform at your full potential, you need to take a comprehensive approach to running. Open to 7th grade and up. We will be meeting every Sunday at 7:30 am (practice subject to change). During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your running experience, personal goals, and race terrain, along with any additional commitments you might have before creating a comprehensive training plan geared toward your success. This plan will map out your training goals anywhere from 12-18 weeks prior to your race and will provide specific workouts, tracking your weekly run mileage, and implementation of all workouts leading up to your event.
Geared towards runners or any individual looking for personal attention. We will go through proper warm up, running form and drills along with a specific running or fitness workout geared towards your goals.
Running gets kids outdoors, helping them to build strong bodies and increasing their overall energy. At Without Limits, we embrace this energy, by sharing our love of running with young athletes. Our fun, yet challenging environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there’s, “no limit” to the things you can do.
The Upstate Running Club has filed its articles of organization with the state of South Carolina and the federal government to obtain its 501(c)(3) status as a non profit. Our goal is to bring our passion of running to the youth of the Upstate by providing FREE organized runs, training sessions, and racing opportunities throughout the year.
