This is a 14 week Training Program designed for the runner that is looking to complete or improve on a Fall Half or Full Marathon. It is geared toward every fitness level from beginner to advanced, but it is preferred the runner has already developed a fitness base of easy running at least 3 times per week.
Details:
- Starts July 26, 2025 and ends November 2, 2025.
- Cost is $315 per individual.
- Runner receives a 14 week personalized training schedule through Training Peaks and their KC Endurance Coach. Perfect for those doing NYC or Indianapolis.
- The Saturday Long Run/Long Workout group will meet Saturday mornings at 7am at various locations around Kansas City. The runner will receive a calendar of locations upon sign-up.
- Midweek speedwork will be done on Wednesdays at 6pm at the Shawnee Mission East High School track.
- Workouts are not mandatory to attend but are preferred so we can understand your current fitness and do a better job at prescribing a progressive training schedule.
