Our story began amidst the chaos of 2020 when the world faced the challenges of a global pandemic. For me, it was a turning point, an opportunity to create something meaningful, something that could make a difference in the lives of the people and the community I hold dear – Sioux Falls, South Dakota, my home.
Empower U wasn’t just a fleeting idea; it was a dream that had been brewing for years. The dream was to take physical therapy and focus in on the client’s needs, better known as performance physical therapy – over come existing pain, utilize proactive treatment methods and prevent injuries all together. But life’s responsibilities and ambitions kept me from dedicating myself fully to this vision. Then came the pandemic, a time of uncertainty, but also a chance to seize the moment and channel my passion into building something I could be truly proud of.
