The creation of sustainable communities depends on the decisions and actions of people. The "Energy" in our name speaks to our focus on the power of the individuals and groups who comprise our communities, which we’ve seen can be unstoppable. We help communities harness that energy.
How? We specialize in building skills, knowledge and comfort to pursue sustainability in cities, towns, villages, schools, and other organizations. We do this through technical guidance, program design and support, project management, education, training, and outreach and communications strategies — all informed by insights from the data-driven Behavioral sciences.
