🙏😇 I pray everyone is doing well!

🤔 I wanted to pass along information about the 🏃🏽‍♀️Rump Shaker 5K 🤑 to raise money for colon cancer awareness as well as provide money for research and foundations that provide grants to people on a colon cancer journey that may need resources to help cover costs of treatments not covered by insurance, rides to treatments,medication costs, scans and imaging, colonoscopies, etc . The list is extensive.

🙌🏼😇 Thank you Jesus that He is such a great provider and ALL of my needs have been met and are being met! 

🧐🧾🏥 I read messages in a support group for colorectal cancer patients that often are related to people asking about resources needed for their journey.  Some have brought me to tears.😭

 This is an opportunity to support others in a small way. I am honestly humbled that my coworkers have organized "TEAM CHRIS" in my honor each year since I was diagnosed.

🧐📆 I’ve already looked ahead. It will be the week after an infusion which means I will have the steroid on board. That should work in my favor! 😂🙏🏾
