Fluid began as a senior project between two students, one in nutritional biochemistry and one in exercise science at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA in 2005.
Our Mission is to create the best-tasting, most effective drink mixes for hydration, sport, and recovery. And to be trusted as the nutrition partner athletes deserve, a partner who respects their intelligence, appreciates their perseverance, and genuinely cares for their continued success.
Today, Fluid is still headquartered in San Luis Obispo, CA, family-owned & operated, and run by a team of truly outstanding human beings.
