Chester County Connect Care is a medical care pregnancy center that exists to educate and empower individuals and their families to make life-affirming choices. We have three centers in Chester County: West Chester, Coatesville, and Kennett Square.
We are raising funds to support our ongoing mission of providing free quality medical, educational, and material support to at-risk women and families facing unexpected pregnancies. Our goal is that each and every person who comes to CCCC would be empowered and equipped with the medical care, resources, education, and support they need to raise healthy, happy children in stable, loving home environments. We do this through our medical services and educational programs. All of these services are provided free of charge.
