Neil was the one big, strong brother that despite the news that he had Colon Cancer… we never expected anything other than him to beat it.
Neil was a Police Officer for Henrico County and had truly found his calling, he originally just needed the experience to get into the FBI but as soon as he found the School Resource Officer Position he would never consider doing anything else.
Helping kids was his calling, it could have been in any other position in life, we truly think Neil would have always naturally gravitated to kids.. he had a talent and a passion.
