At Girls on the Run Bay Area, we believe every girl deserves a space where she feels strong, seen, and supported. Through our after-school programs, girls in 3rd–8th grade build confidence, set goals, and discover the joy of movement — all while learning life skills that help them navigate the world with courage and compassion.
