The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is not just a fabulous run/walk event for breast cancer awareness, it is more importantly a fundraiser for Family Health Partnership Clinic.  The Clinic has been providing high quality health care to the uninsured men and women of McHenry County since 1996. 

All of the proceeds generated by the Care4 events are restricted for breast health education , screening, annual exams, preventative care and more.  FHPC does not rely on federal or state funding & instead relies on grants, foundations & the generous support of our community, like YOU! 
We believe that, as a community, we are called to CARE4 one another. 
FHPC is a beacon of hope to those that may not have any other resources.
