Founded in 1936, Selfhelp operates the oldest and largest program serving Holocaust survivors in North America, caring for over 5,000 survivors. As survivors become older and frailer, they require more help than ever. Selfhelp is their lifeline, providing a full spectrum of services that includes home care, financial assistance, pastoral care, social programs, and much more.
