The We Care House is an outreach of St. Peter's World Outreach Center that gives food and clothing to the surrounding community. They grow fresh vegetables in their garden to supplement the food distributed through the We Care House. In 2020, the We Care House provided food to more than 6,294 individuals in Forsyth County compared to 3,717 individuals in 2019. This means that we served 69% more individuals during the onset of the pandemic. As you can see, the need is great and families are faced with limited resources now more than ever.
