Knuckle Buster Obstacle Challenge

Individual racers will run the course's 3 miles of arduous terrain while taking in the beautiful countryside (no obstacles). 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male & female finishers will be recognized with medals and prize money. 1st place will receive a $100.00 cash prize, 2nd place will receive a $50.00 cash prize, and 3rd place will receive a $25.00 cash prize.

No awards given for non-competitive heats. During registration you will have a choice of start times 8:15, 8:45, 9:15, 9:45 and 10:15. Each time slot is limited to 30 participants.

Each five-person, coed, team will run the course’s 3 miles of arduous terrain, gain and lose 1000 feet in elevation, successfully navigate its 15-20 man-made obstacles, and carry a 75 lb. sandbag, a.k.a. "Pig Egg", while taking in Showdown Montana’s beautiful scenery. To receive a qualifying time, the entire team, Pig Egg included, must finish within 30 seconds of each other. The team with the fastest time from all competitive team heats wins. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams will be recognized with medals. The 1st place team will be presented a trophy and a check for $1000

Heat open for individual racers and five-person, coed, teams to run the course simultaneously. No awards issued for open heats.
