Prizes and awards will be given to the top three finishers male and female in their respective age groups.

Sign up for this wave with your partner as you take on the course together. All of the running will be done together but each zone can be split however you see fit, whether that is trading off multiple times or leaving the heavy lifting to one person, you will get to game plan how you will complete this course.
