From The Race Director
Phoenix Wellness, Inc. is excited to announce that registration for Mud, Mayhem, and Fun 2021 on July 17th is now open! While we are gladly putting 2020 to bed, we know we cannot say the same for Covid 19. So, please note that the event WILL be conducted in accordance with any safety mandates issued by the state of Kentucky related to Covid 19 that are in effect on race day. We WILL require that all participants adhere to the mandates as well. These rules are fluid and subject to change. Please check our Facebook page and the race registration site (gtraces.com) regularly for updates. Also, be aware that we will NOT have any race day registration for this year’s event.
We want you to have the full “Mud, Mayhem and Fun” experience, but we must follow the rules and do our part to keep everyone as safe as possible. As always, we look forward to seeing everyone in the MUD!”

Awards: No Age Group Winners for this event.
All participants finishing the course will receive a finishers medal if Registered by 7/5/20.
Awards will only be given if you are registered in the first 3 Competitive waves to the Fastest Overall Male and Female, & Fastest Team.
Best Costume Team
Team Competition
If you are on a Team:
Each team must have but is not limited to 5 Team Members.
Awards will be based on the top 5 finishers of each team.
Teams are encouraged to be creative and dress in common uniform or theme.
You aren't required to join a team! You can sign up to run as an individual.
