Tickets are now available for the 2024 BONEFROG Challenge at Catamount Ski Resort in Egremont, MA on June 29, 2024!

3-6 miles, 28+ obstacles, food, beer, finisher medals, and lots of fun! 

If you're saying to yourself "but can I do this?" The answer is YES! This course will challenge seasoned racers and be fun for beginners. We will have options for all!

Choose from several ticket options:
1) Open 5k or 10k: Forget the competition! Join us just for fun!

2) Elite 10k: Compete for overall and age group prizes

3) Tadpole (Kids): a special separate 1/2 mile course just for kids 12 and under! Yes, they get a medal! (Parents/family may help the kids and run along side at no cost)

BONEFROG provides awesome perks for volunteers including a discounted race entry for only $15.

The day starts with a briefing and training to get you ready for your volunteer role. Whether you're helping set up obstacles, assisting runners, or managing the finish area, you'll be an integral part of putting on an incredible event. Once your shift is done, you'll trade your volunteer t-shirt for a race bib and tackle the challenging BONEFROG obstacles yourself.

Volunteers get to race for just $15, which is an amazing reward for your efforts.
Can't race that day? BONEFROG also provides deferral codes for use at a future race.

In the event of extreme weather (lightning, hail, tornado, or another act of God) we will delay the event until the weather clears. Our team will do everything possible to keep it on schedule but we thank you for your understanding ahead of time!
