This is a 5 week fitness challenge designed for anyone 18+. Come enjoy the motivation/support of a coach and a fitness community. In this 5 week program, American Ninja Warrior & OTA certified coach Jedi Markowski will be instructing High Intensity Bootcamp style workouts in a group setting. The classes are designed to help you lose weight, build core strength, get back into shape and have more energy. In this class you will be doing all types of functional movement including body weight exercise, group games, partner exercising, calisthenics, running, and low to mid level obstacle training (nothing too crazy, but tons of fun 😉) Bootcamps are 5 consecutive Saturdays between 11:15am -12pm. Saturday April 25th.
In addition to the in person classes, each participant will be added to a private Facebook workout group. This program will include workout challenges that can be completed at home. Jedi will be guiding all of the fitness challenges in person and online.
