Our Mission
We run in the Path to Freedom 5K Obstacle Course Run to support Guardian Group’s vital mission to combat child sex trafficking in the United States. Every muddy crawl, rope climb, and tire flip fuels their Project 1591, which uses Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to identify victims and provide free analytical support to law enforcement, helping rescue those trapped in exploitation. By tackling this challenging course, you’re taking a stand, raising funds, and breaking the chains of trafficking, one step at a time.
Guardian Group is a veteran-operated nonprofit dedicated to preventing and disrupting sex trafficking of women and children in the United States. Through their Project 1591, they leverage Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and a crowdsourced volunteer network

Event Description
Path to Freedom 5K, a powerful obstacle course race to fight child sex trafficking, proudly partnered with Guardian Group. Tackle 15 mission-inspired obstacles across a 3.1-mile course, designed to challenge body and spirit. Crawl through muddy trenches in Crawl to Freedom, scale the Break Through wall and submerge in the Submerge to Emerge pool. Each obstacle symbolizes the journey from captivity to liberation, supporting Guardian Group’s mission to identify victims and disrupt trafficking networks. Perfect for runners, teams, and first-timers, this event blends Spartan-style intensity with heartfelt purpose. Join us to break barriers, build hope, and fund freedom for survivors. All fitness levels welcome—run, climb, and make a difference!
