Lincoln Park Zoo is one of the true jewels of Chicago and we're excited to jump into this run again to support it and enjoy our beautiful city.
Your donations not only make us feel warm and fuzzy, they help fund state-of-the-art animal care, international conservation projects, and wide-ranging education programs. From financing the expert care of nearly 200 unique species from around the world to keeping the zoo free and open for all, your Run for the Zoo participation goes far in making a large impact both at home and around the world. Every dollar helps and we love and appreciate you contributing!
So far, the team is Shelby, a newer runner who tackled the 10k Run for the Zoo as her first 10k in 2023 and is excited to go again! She's a proud back of the back runner, an aggressive defender of sharks, and cries at the sight of sloths and fat frogs.
