Aevidum Strides Against Stigma Virtual 5K

I am participating in the Aevidum Strides Against Stigma 5K! In addition to participating in the event, I am trying to raise funds to increase mental health awareness and decrease stigma during Mental Health Awareness Month this May. 1 in 5 US adults experience mental illness each year, and 100% of us have mental health. All proceeds from this race benefit Aevidum, a local 501c3 that provides free mental health and suicide prevention programming to schools and communities.
