At the Lynchburg Road Runners Club, we believe education is essential to promoting health, safety, and performance. We’ve created the following community resources to support runners of all levels, paces, and distances. These materials are based on widely accepted best practices in the running community. However, we encourage our members to consult with their primary care doctor or a trusted medical professional—especially if they have any underlying health conditions—before making changes to their training or routine.
