The Student Medical Assistance Fund was created by University Life to provide charitable assistance to Mason students who have a sincere medical concern as evaluated by a Student Health Services provider, yet lack the resources needed to obtain necessary health care. The Fund committee grants gifts based on need and the likelihood of academic completion if intervention is offered. These gifts are paid directly to the organization providing care for a student.
