Refund Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds or transfers allowed for this race.
If you are unable to run in 2026 and want to defer to 2027, you have two options:
1. Keep your 2026 entry and pick up your race packet at Fleet Feet. **OR** 2. Defer to 2027 (read below carefully!)
If you choose #2 Defer: You will be removed from this year's roster, won't get a refund on this year's entry, and won't get a race packet this year. We decide to put on the race on a year by year basis (we always intend to, but sometimes life comes up). A deferral is good for one calendar year only. This means that if you defer from 2026 to 2027 and we do hold the race in 2027 but you can't run, you can't roll over a second time to 2028. This also means that if we don't hold the race in 2027, your entry wouldn't transfer to 2028 either. You can process your own deferral through Friday, January 23, 2026 in your RunSignup account.
