Can't make it to your event? You can request to be moved to a future event if you do so more than 48 hours before the event. Send an email through the contact us link or reply to your confirmation email and let us know what event you signed up for and what other event (name and date for both please) you would like to be switched to. If you purchased insurance during registration, you can apply for a refund by selecting the “File A Refund Request” at the bottom of your insurance confirmation email. There are no refunds if you did not pay for insurance during reg
NOTE you should have gotten a separate confirmation for the insurance purchase. Insurance is handled through a third party and the event staff have no ability to file your claim for you and have no knowledge of the process or status of your refund request.
