Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided. Registered racers unable to attend the race, as planned, may defer to another race hosted by Adventure Source Racing by the end of the following calendar year. If the registration fees for the race being deferred to are greater than those of the race deferred from, the racer shall be responsible for the difference. If there is no race scheduled for the following year, registration fees will be refunded to the racer based upon when the racer requested their deferment according to the following: 0% refund if request made within two weeks of race start; 25% refund with less than one month and more than two weeks before race; 50% refund greater than one month and less than three months; 75% refund greater than three months. The RunSignUp processing fee will be deducted from any and all refunds (i.e., you will not receive a refund of the processing fee).
