Refund Policy
This is a no-refund event. All participants must acknowledge and accept this policy before completing registration. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather, illness, injury, acts of God, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts. We strongly encourage purchasing FanShield Registration Protection at checkout, especially for those traveling from out of state or internationally. FanShield may cover qualifying issues such as illness, medical emergencies, or flight cancellations.
While we do not offer refunds, we do allow one-time transfers to a future CaliFlow Runs event. To transfer, visit CaliFlowRuns.com, choose a new event, and email us your full name and the event name you wish to transfer into.
