Refund Policy
You may receive a partial refund via managing your events in your Runsignup profile:
Nov 1 - Nov 15: No Refunds
Oct 1 - Oct 31: 30% Refund
Sep 1 - Sep 30: 40% Refund
Prior to Sep 1: 50% Refund
The Runsignup service fee is non-refundable.
Your payment confirmation page and confirmation email have a link that allows a full refund for 15 minutes after placing the transaction.
