Based in Newbury Park, CA, the St. Julie Billiart Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul provides philanthropic assistance to struggling neighbors regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender or political opinions. We are proudly made up of volunteers whom we lovingly call Vincentians. Our vocation is to seek out and engage with the poor, homeless, the forgotten and the victims of exclusion or adversity.
