Refund Policy
1. All registrations are final.
2. Event is held rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel for severe weather, natural disasters, riots or conditions may have a negative impact on the trail system. In the event that the event is canceled, participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer registration to a future Vindura event of their choosing.
3. Registrations may be transferred to another participant before the t-shirt deadline.
4. The initial processing fee is non-refundable.
5. In the event of cancellation due to low participation, a transfer to another Vindura event will be granted. A refund minus processing fees will be at the discretion of the race director.
