Refund Policy
All entries are non-refundable, non-deferrable, and non-transferable to another athlete or to another event, including in the case of injury or illness. Race insurance, while optional, is offered during registration for a small fee and covers most of these situations. Race insurance is administered by a third party.
The Clarksburg Country Run event happens rain, wind, or shine. We reserve the right to cancel, delay or postpone the event due to Acts of God which would threaten the safety and health of participants, spectators, volunteers, or officials. All sales are final; no exceptions.
