Fundraising Dates & Guidelines 2026
January 5, 2026: Registration opens
March 5, 2026: A $500 non-refundable deposit is due. This deposit secures your team’s spot. Failure to pay may result in your spot being offered to a waitlisted team.
April 5, 2026: A $1,250 minimum fundraising payment is due. If your team withdraws by this date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your funds raised (minus the $500 deposit). Failure to pay may result in your spot being offered to a waitlisted team.
May 5, 2026: A $2,000 minimum fundraising payment is due. If your team withdraws by this date, you are eligible for a 25% refund of your funds raised (minus the $500 deposit). Teams that withdraw after this date are not eligible for any refund. Failure to pay may result in your spot being offered to a waitlisted team.
May 25, 2026: All funds, including the $2,500 buy-in fee, must be submitted to be eligible for team and individual incentives.
June 5-7, 2026: BFit Heroes Cup Hockey Tournament.
July 5, 2026: Final fundraising deadline.
If your team raises $2500 above the $2500 registration fee, you can select the charity the funds will be donated to. If less than $2500 is raised, the funds will go to the Healing Heroes Foundation.
