Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup is available the day before at the location shown below or race morning onsite before the race. Be sure to allow plenty of time if you plan on getting it on race morning. If you would like your packet shipped to your door that is available as well but the cutoff is at least 2-weeks prior. We ship it 1-2 weeks before the event. The cost is $15 and you can add that on during registration or after by going back into your RunSignup account. If you do not have it shipped you MUST pickup your packet the day before the event or on race morning.

- 3:00pm - 7:00pm - Pre Race Packet Pickup
SATURDAY, MARCH 30, 2024 - RACE MORNING PICKUP @ BAYPOINT BEACH
- 6:30am - Race Morning Packet Pickup begins for all races. Please be aware of your start time and plan accordingly. 8:00am 5k Start, 8:45am 10k Start, 10:15am Family Mile Start.
PACKET PICKUP RULES
- Bring your QR code that we email you the week of the race. This will help move the line faster.
- You may now pickup other people's packets besides your own but you must have the other person's registration QR code.
- It is your responsibility to check your bag before you leave to make sure your packet contains all necessary items.
PACKET PICKUP ITEMS
The following items should be in your bag when you leave packet pickup:
- 1x Run Bib Number (Always wear on the outermost layer of clothing)
- 1x Timing Tag stuck to the back of your Run Bib Number (DO NOT REMOVE).
- 1x Event T-Shirt
RACE PACKET SHIPPING - 100 SPOTS AVAILABLE
WE ONLY SHIP PACKETS TO THOSE THAT HAVE CHOSEN AND PAID FOR THE ADD-ON OPTION IN THEIR REGISTRATION. If you purchased race packet shipping we will address and stuff a padded envelope and send it to you 1-2 weeks prior to the event. We do have tracking on these envelopes. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. During registration we ask you to confirm your shipping address. If you choose race packet shipping that shipping address provided is where the packet will be shipped to. If your address changes it is your responsibility to sign into your registration and change your shipping address so that the packet is shipped to the correct address. Lost packets that show as delivered via the tracking number and were correctly sent to the athlete provided shipping address, may be replaced at a cost of $20 to the participant and the athlete must pickup the new packet either at one of the in-person packet pickup days or race morning at the event. If the package shows that it is lost in transit and never made it to its destination it will be replaced at no additional charge to the participant.
