Are strollers allowed?
Yes! Strollers are welcome on the course. Please start near the back for everyone's safety.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, leashed dogs are welcome to join! Please make sure your pet is friendly, well-behaved, and comfortable around crowds and other dogs.

Can I walk the event?
Absolutely. Walkers are encouraged and supported. This is a family-friendly event for all activity levels.

When and where are results posted?
Results will be available within 24 hours of the event here on RunSignUp and the Center for New Beginnings Facebook page.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30–45 minutes before the race start time to allow time for parking, packet pickup, and warm-up.

Where do I park?
Free parking will be available behind KJ's and at the Wimberly House. Specific directions and signage will be provided closer to race day.

Will there be water stations?
Yes, there will be at least one water station on the course and additional refreshments available at the finish line.

Is the race timed?
Yes, this is a chip-timed event for runners. Walkers are welcome to participate without timing if preferred.

Can I register on race day?
Yes, race-day registration will be available from 8-8:30AM, but we encourage early registration to guarantee a t-shirt and avoid lines for bibs and chips.

Are there awards or age group prizes?
Yes! Awards are given to top overall male and female finishers, as well as age group winners. Full details will be posted on race day.

Will there be activities for kids?
Yes! Our sensory-friendly kid zone will be open with games, activities, and fun for all ages.

Will there be vendors at the event?
Yes! We’ll have a variety of local vendors on-site offering food, merchandise, and community resources. Be sure to stop by their booths before or after the race.

Where do proceeds go?
All proceeds benefit Center for New Beginnings, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing therapy and support to families in rural Georgia.
