Join us for a Virtual 5K as we bring light to Mental Health Awareness Month this May 2024.
Our Mission is to help kickstart a fund to gift women their first therapy session on the house through generous donations. All Contributions will go directly to the IOME Guilt Free Self Care Scholarship.
At IOME, you can book a free consultation to help guide you to Licensed Professional Therapists + Certified Wellness Coaches. The Self Care Scholarship will help pay for your first therapy session. Yes, even if you don't live in the area! Call IOME and see if the State you live in will let you work with IOME Remotely.
