On November 15, 2023, I suffered a burst fracture to my C6 vertebra and woke up a quadriplegic.
After months of rehabilitation, faith, and relentless work, I was able to walk again.
This race started as a way for me to run again.
It became something bigger.
Break Your Neck is about getting back up when you’ve been knocked down —
walking, running, or rolling — together.
