The Hardin County COPE Coalition is part of Kentucky’s ASAP program, working to prevent
substance use through community collaboration, education, and outreach. Our partners
attend local events, engage directly with residents, and distribute a Hardin County Resource
Guide that connects people to local care and support services.
Monetary donations for our upcoming race will be used to cover race and facility expenses,
including permits, restroom facilities, safety supplies, and event materials. Non-monetary
donations, such as items or services, will be used solely to support the race—such as for
participant giveaways or volunteer support. Any leftover items may be donated to local
organizations or retained for future community events, as appropriate. If any monetary funds
remain after expenses are covered, they will be used for future races or other community
outreach efforts that align with COPE’s mission.
