Located in Rock Hill, New York, the Sullivan County Animal Shelter has been in operation for 70 years. They are an independent not-for-profit "no-kill" animal rescue organization. This vital organization focuses on finding quality forever homes for adoptable animals, promoting spay/neutering and education, and providing medical care and shelter for animals in need.
