Your donation helps Arabella Wellness Center provide free and low-cost care through our Resiliency Pathways cohort—a three-month program where small groups of women walk through healing together. Each cohort costs $7,200 and provides personalized support, peer connection, and access to mindfulness classes, 1:1 check-ins, nutrition guidance, oral health education, and peer support circles.
