• Elmwood Lot (Free) - Access via 3rd St ONLY
• Carilion Community Hospital Garage (Free)
• Campbell Garage - 335 Campbell Ave - Access via Campbell Ave only- no Salem Ave access.

The following lots will be OPEN on Race Day but WILL CHARGE PARKING FEES:

• $ Junior Lot - 303 Campbell Ave - Access via Campbell Ave from the East

The following lots and garages will be INACCESSIBLE from 7:00am until streets open back up (noon at the latest):
