Y It Matters Fun Run
Children and their families are invited to run our inagural Fun Run as part of the Y It Matters Race Day. The course is a 1-mile fun run, out and back. Paying participants will receive a race shirt.

NEW! Couch to 5K Training
Get ready for race day! This year, we are introducing a Couch to 5K training program, developed by YMCA of Greater Birmingham fitness staff! Participants are provided an easy-to-follow training plan. Upon registration, stop by your home branch, to receive your Couch to 5K Display Card and begin logging your progress. You will receive additional info via email upon registration.
Non-members are welcome to participate. In-branch logging is not required, but strongly encouraged!
