Rucking is walking with weight on your back. Walking with a weighted rucksack (backpack) is a low impact exercise based on military training workouts.

Ruck participants will do the crawls and carries, but all other obstacles are optional.

Ruck participants will bring their own ruck (backpack and weights). Recommended weight : 20lbs Women , 30lbs Men.

Ruck participants may start in any of our open wave slot times.

Ruck participants will earn a Ruck Patch, along with their finishers medal and shirt.

Our competitive division is a Mandatory Obstacle Completion event which means to be in contention for a podium spot, you must successfully complete all of the obstacles. You get multiple attempts on all obstacles. Failure to complete an obstacle only takes you out of earning a podium spot, you still go on to finish the race and earn your swag. Overall TOP 3 Male and Females will be awarded a CASH prize, and then each top 3 Male and Female in their respective age groups will receive podium awards.

If one lap isn't enough, then take on The Bearded Challenge and see if you can complete THREE laps of our 10K loop.

The first lap will earn you the main finisher's medal, and each additional lap will earn you an extra medal piece that attaches to the main medal.

There will be podiums for the Overall Top 3 M/F. To be eligible for a podium, you must successfully complete all obstacles through a minimum of two laps.

Our Kid's Course will feature a 1/2 mile loop with 10+ obstacles. Parents may walk or run along side their children and help them when needed and, of course, take as many videos and pictures as you want! Choose from either the 10:10am or 12:10pm wave times. Kids may run/walk additional laps for extra play time!

Our Just for Fun division is just that! We want you to come out and have fun on the course. You are not required, nor do we expect you to be able to complete every obstacle, but we would like you to try them all at least once, and you can even attempt them as many times as you'd like. There are NO penalties for not being able to complete an obstacle. You may help other non-competitive racers along the way and teamwork is HIGHLY encouraged.
