Chip timed run/walk event on paved trail surfaces. Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in 5-year age groups. Participants receive a custom race T-shirt while supplies last.

FREE Kid's Dash (7 & Under)

A FREE Kid's Race for children 7 and under. There are no awards for this event however each child will earn a participation medal. Parents may add a shirt for your child for a $10 charge or choose "Free Race" with no shirt.

Virtual Runner/Walker

If you can't join us in person, consider supporting our cause by running/walking virtually. For a $30 donation we'll mail you your custom race T-shirt and you can run/walk your own #FeedTheKids 3K on your own schedule in your own hometown from anywhere in the United States. You can also (optional) log your virtual result online.

Race Volunteer

We need 8-10 enthusiast volunteers to work a 3-hour race day shift to make our race an awesome experience for our runners/walkers. Volunteers will get fudge and a commemorative race T-shirt for helping.
