Apres Relay - Fat Tire Bike / Snowshoe / Snow Kayak / Corn Hole
The Après Relay Presented by Elite Airways is a fun Après Ski relay race consisting of Fat Tire Biking, snowshoeing, inflatable kayaking, and corn hole all at the base of WHITE CAP LODGE in front of the Shipyard Brew Haus. You've been out on the mountain all day and it's time to celebrate your day, enjoy some music, food and Shipyard beer with your friends all while cheering your Après Relay Team.
Here is how it works: Create a team of yourself and 3 others. REGISTRATION IS FREE AND AT THE SHIPYARD BREW HAUS (WHITE CAP LODGE) FROM 10AM-4PM.
-Team Member #1 rides the Fat Tire bike leg first
-Team Member #2 snowshoes the course
-Team Members #3 & #4 push Team Members #1 & #2 through the course while they hang in an inflatable kayak (provided by Three Rivers Whitewater Rafting Maine).
-To complete the relay course, the 4 Team Members must all sink a Corn Hole bag before the team can sprint to the finish.
*** Bring your Fat Tire or Mtn. Bike and snowshoes if you have them but we'll have a couple companies who will have demo bikes and snowshoes if you need them.
Race is 4:00PM-6:30PM and activities (music, presentations, demos, food & drink) go until 8PM.
