Men: 24in box jumps, 35lb DB floor & shoulder to overhead, 50lb carry's, squats and other KB movements

Women: 20in box jump, 25lb DB floor & shoulder to overhead, 35lb carry's, squats and other KB movements

Select this option if you would like to be able to chose your own weights for the weighted movements, substitute step ups for box jumps, modify push ups or sit ups, or any other modifications you may need! We want this to be FUN! Come and do what YOU can and it will be awesome!
