"TRAIL LASSIES" (for women 50 years-and-older) Mondays 5:30 PM with Vicky M and Cathy F
This group is specifically geared toward 50 years-or-older women. Designed for those with some running experience or a base level of fitness, this session introduces sustained effort on trails. Participants should be able to hike The M Trail without needing frequent breaks and jog sections of gentler inclines or flats. The focus is on increasing strength and stamina while learning to navigate moderate trail challenges.
This is a service fee for processing your session application. This may be slightly higher or lower per registrant than the amount shown here.
