5K Race around Pleasant Valley Park. The course is 2 loops around the course. Participants must complete both loops to be eligible for an award. Course includes hills. Takes place on both trail, road, and grass.

Go on a relaxing 1 mile Health Walk with Health Officer, Lucy Forgione. Health Walk begins promptly at 5:30 pm so you will be back in time for the 5K Racers!
