American Ninja Warrior Jr. (5 week) Race Clinic

This is 5 weeks of obstacle training specifically designed to teach the process of applying for ANW jr. In addition to having fun while learning new ways to move and play on obstacles, we will walk your child through the mental and physical aspects of training and applying to the television show American Ninja Warrior Jr. Particpants will get a chance to practice on obstacles replicated from the popular TV Show American Ninja Warrior in a safe and encouraging environment.

• O.C.R. OPEN GYM: ("this class has no instruction)
-Open Gym ( Free play) this is a 1 hour open gym that allows kids to practice or climb how they want to. Our coaches will act more like safety instructors and only counsel the participants when there is a safety concern. Otherwise participants are free to explore the gym and the obstacles in whatever way they choose.

This is a 2 hour pass to participate in the 9am ANW JR structured class and also the 1 hour Open Gym (free play).
