Ninja Warrior Sundays

In this class participants will climb on rock walls, jump into foam pits, bounce on trampolines, climb and swing on ropes and rings. traverse monkey bars, balance on beams and bars, and learn how to train like an American Ninja Warrior. This is a great way to get kids moving in a safe and encouraging environment. This program was designed to build confidence, self esteem and body awareness. The program was also designed to teach the safety aspects of training or playing like a Ninja.
