5k - Runners (Timed Runners Only)
This 5K is designed for avid runners looking for a competitive race while supporting an important cause. Participants will receive race bibs and will be timed. Every stride helps raise awareness for ALS and supports the fight against this disease, making this race not only a test of endurance but also a meaningful way to run for something bigger.

5k - Joggers / Walkers (Doing this for fun!)
This 5K is all about coming together for a great cause while enjoying the experience—no timers, no pressure, just community. Runners, joggers, and walkers of all paces are welcome to join in raising awareness for ALS and supporting those affected by it. Whether you come with friends, family, or on your own, enjoy the course, move at your own pace, and celebrate crossing the finish line knowing you’re helping make a difference for ALS.

Firefighter Relay (4 person team)
Kick off the day by cheering on our firefighters as they take on a 100-yard relay in support of ALS in teams of 4. This exciting event will be the first activity of the morning right after registration, so be sure to join us and show your support as these local heroes race to raise awareness for an important cause.
