A short point to point sprint will separate the pack. (Watch out for the sprouting sidewalks and root like curbs!) As you arrive back at The Iron Rig your obstacles will be set up in what resembles a CrossFit style WOD (workout of the day). Grab your designated bar and let’s lift!
